We’re looking for a friendly and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our Regina team. This role focuses on supporting patients with treatment plans, scheduling, and insurance.

About the Role
As a Treatment Coordinator at Landmark Dental, you’ll be the connection between patients and their care. You’ll explain treatment plans, coordinate scheduling, handle insurance details, and make sure each patient feels supported from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and explain treatment plans and payment options
Schedule and confirm appointments
Coordinate with dentists to manage treatment plans
Handle insurance verification, claims, and billing
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health standards
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
Experience with dental office software
